The app is central to improving employee engagement, team culture and overall health, providing a seamless experience that supports both physical and mental health.

If your business purchases Bupa a new small business health insurance policy, you can get GoJoe’s core digital health engagement platform for free for up to 50 employees. This includes daily motivations, team challenges, activity tracking, access to the self-serve platform, and engagement insights. All designed to help teams get active, connected and healthier. Optional paid upgrades for rewards and gym discounts.

This offer is available to UK-based SME employers (typically 1–250 employees) who take out a new Bupa small business health insurance policy in the current annual cycle (April 1 - March 31). The free allocation is for up to 50 employee licences per eligible company.

GoJoe complements this with daily engagement and behaviour change support. GoJoe does not sell, advise on, or underwrite insurance.

Yes. GoJoe can coexist with other wellbeing tools or programmes, but the free licence offer only applies with a Bupa small business health insurance purchase. If you already use GoJoe independently, you can still benefit from the platform; upgrades work the same regardless of how licences are obtained. You can also link any other health and wellbeing benefit to GoJoe by adding them into your GoJoe Locker, a dedicated section of the app that acts as a bespoke benefits navigator for your team.
