GoJoe Incentives is an optional add-on giving clients full control and transparency on cost and spend. Employers fund a monthly incentive budget and employees unlock double (or more) the value through verified activity, participation and recognition, redeemable across 3,000+ brands in 150+ countries. Choose a tier to suit any budget: Tier 1 - £2 of value per person per month for £1 cost; Tier 2 - £10 of value for £4; Tier 3 - £20 of value for £8. An optional Recognition Pot lets employers reward standout moments as they happen. Incentive budgets are configurable and capped by territory, with any unused funds rolling over.

Further optional add-ons include delivery support (Challenge Assistant, Challenge Manager and Head Coach), HRIS and SSO integrations, expert live sessions, bespoke virtual mission maps, virtual ceremonies, athlete and celebrity hosts, in-person events, Friends & Family access, and region-specific gym discounts and health assessments. These are priced separately to suit each client's needs.

Who is GoJoe available to? What size organisation? Is there a minimum size?
GoJoe is available to all sizes of business, from SME to global enterprise. There is no minimum or maximum size, and no geographical restriction.
Is GoJoe available to new BUPA clients and existing BUPA clients?
Both. BUPA has secured market-leading, bulk licence pepy rates for GoJoe licences, across whole of workforce - whether new business (as a differentiator) or existing clients (value-add/ retention).
What’s the difference between GoJoe and other products in the market?
There are a number of differences in GoJoe's propositions, pricing, scope and model:

· Pricing: Cost / whole of workforce:

- GoJoe is a low cost product for whole of workforce, achieved via significant value and features being embedded by default (challenges, journeys, social, clubs, wearables, benefits locker, gamification – see ‘social features’ section below), but with an optional GoJoe Rewards functionality being made available on top. This reduces up-front cost significantly, with any rewards funding being strategically optional/ configurable by employers subject to budget.

- Employers can heavily configure not only whether Rewards are available, but also the behaviours needed to ‘unlock’ rewards and also which rewards should be made available (with over 3k rewards globally). This also is beneficial to brokers and consultants interested in adding value to clients in terms of incentive/ reward design.

- GoJoe’s scalable platform covers everyone, everywhere, not just those not eligible for / covered by medical insurance – and represents the first gamified, health & rewards platform suitable for large and/or global corporates.

Inclusivity and geography:

- GoJoe is a platform built by ordinary Joes, for ordinary Joes to help motivate the the ‘masses’ (i.e. those at risk re health), rather than ‘invested athletes’ or those who rely solely on step-counting. It is positioned more as performance and health product (with a data focus). The inclusivity element – i.e. those who don’t want to, or can’t step - is significant from a sales and positioning perspective (as well as aligning heavily with Bupa’s Paralympic GB partnership).

- Global: GoJoe is unlimited in terms of geographies. The platform is currently live in 180 countries and in 36 languages with global user and client support and content. This is a significant value-add for global businesses, but also a strategic value-add from BUPA with regards the opportunity to further embed and drive value internationally, as well as enhance data reporting capabilities.

- Activity tracking: GoJoe has multiple ways of users being able to log and track their activity, allowing anyone to use the platform regardless of tech set up

         - Wearable agnostic: GoJoe integrates with all major wearables, across 60+           activity types (from running to HIIT to wheelchair) for seamless/ automated           tracking to points based on an algorithm
          - In app GPS: Users can log and track activities live in GoJoe using the GPS           tracker
          - Manual: Manual entry enables accessibility, but market-leading integrity           measures to prevent and address cheating.

- Activities-focused: GoJoe is not focused solely on everyday steps – it includes over 60 different activities on the platform. All activities are converted automatically into weighted points, allowing all users to take part by doing more the of things they enjoy.

- 5 pillars of Health and wellbeing: GoJoe focues primarily on physical health, but also addresses mental, social and financial health too.

Social:

- GoJoe’s functionality is centred around enhancing social connection rather than individualised achievements - and using this to get users healthier and more active. This is very relevant where culture and dispersed workforces are key challenges for organisations, and/or there are existing challenges with health costs or absenteeism:
          - Teams: Challenges have centred around teams and team engagement,           with a solo element attached to it
          - Social accounts, friends and followers: Users create accounts and follow           their friends and colleagues. Activity is shared via live feeds and users can           interact with and encourage the people the follow
          - Clubs: Users/organisations can create and join their own activity clubs           such as Run Clubs, Cycling Clubs etc. to bring like-minded colleagues           together and encourage employees back to the office (which is very           relevant in certain industries)
          - Journeys: Gamified guided health programmes that users can join and           start together
          - Chat: Chat groups are automatically triggered for all challenges, teams,           organisations, and Clubs

Locker/ Benefits navigation:

As a global, configurable tool, GoJoe’s locker functionality gives clients the ability to link to configurable benefits in any territory. For UK employees, of course this will include Bupa products and services, however, these may include other benefits relevant to other territories (whether Bupa or otherwise).

Integrated Partnership:
‍
By partnering with Clinics and UKI, GoJoe connects and amplifies Bupa's existing product suite, enabling opportunities to cross-sell/ upsell of those services within corporates and giving clients a reason to stay with, or convert to, Bupa services.

Data:

The GoJoe system, when combined with the BUPA partnership, allows a 360 degree data on health for the client, allowing them to see a full picture of their team’s health and wellbeing. This ‘Dataloop’ project, being built by Bupa, GoJoe and Stanford University (among other high profile large corporates), leverages rich wearable data (not just steps) to give Bupa a significant advantage with regards combining various data sources for reporting (and eventually pricing) purposes.

Does GoJoe work with SME and large corporate?
Yes. GoJoe caters to any business size, anywhere in the world. It is not reliant on financial rewards for impact.
What are the content topics?
GoJoe’s content is structured around our five pillars: Move, Fuel, Rest, Feel, and Grow, and is localised by territory for local relevance.

          - Move: includes hundreds of world-class Les Mills workouts and           classes (worth >£10 pepm alone)

          - Rest: spans everything from low-impact recovery sessions to           the House of Wellbeing’s full suite of guided meditations,           breathwork, and sleep audios

          - Fuel and Feel: enriched through GoJoe’s global partnership with           Caravan Wellness and their expert-led resources across health,           nutrition, social connection, workplace performance, and holistic           wellness
‍
          - Grow: supports personal and professional development with           content on financial wellbeing, education, and more.
‍
          - Alongside these, GoJoe’s Journeys feature provide structured,           expert-led programmes designed to build sustainable habits. A           selection of content is also available in multiple languages,           helping to engage and support diverse global workforces.

          - GoJoe can (optional, modular for clients) integrate up to           10,000+ on demand videos/audios into the platform from 500+           top certified global teachers and experts, across all pillars. The           content is available in 15+ languages (including 40+ subtitle and           dubbing options).

          - Live sessions from experts are also available on demand.
What’s the impact on Bupa’s own wellbeing services on Blua
GoJoe is an amplifier of/ complementary to Blua - GoJoe’s ‘Locker’ feature is highly customisable and can link out to BUPA’s offerings and product suite, as well as other benefits (globally, customisable by territory).
There are also various other ways Bupa content and value can be driven from within the GoJoe platform, giving Bupa an extension of its reach, relevance and value day-to-day, within corporate clients.
This product integration is deepening and further information will be provided in due course.
Do Bupa employees have access?
Not yet, but it is something we are discussing.
How do you purchase? (user journey)
The process differs depending on whether GoJoe is procured direct (un-intermediated), or via a broker. GoJoe works very closely with brokers.

Is there any integration between Bupa and GoJoe?
Yes – GoJoe links to BUPA’s product offerings from within its ‘Locker’ functionality.

We are working with BUPA on deepening these integrations such that users can access BUPA data from within the GoJoe product for a simplified employee experience, to increase the value and engagement with BUPA’s offerings.
Is it customisable?
GoJoe is highly customisable in every respect, from in-app branding to marketing assets, content, push notifications, environments, benefits (locker), eligibility, rewards and clubs (globally).
What’s the price?
GoJoe offers a very low PEPY cost, which is based on a realistic assumption of engagement, cross-population rather than assuming everyone will engage. By virtue of BUPA’s partnership, BUPA clients (new or existing) can benefit from market-leading rates for GoJoe which are not available through any other partner.

Whilst GoJoe’s ‘intrinsic’ engagement is very high in the absence of rewards, clients do have the ability to invest in optional rewards and strategically deploy and configure these by territory to optimise engagement and in respect of certain activations.

Does the partnership unlock any richer data insights, which can be used by
account managers to strengthen relationships?
Yes, this is one of the key benefits of the GoJoe partnership, especially given the increased focus and demand for richer data by corporate clients. GoJoe receives rich data from wearables, surveys, engagement and other HRIS tools, which will be able to be used by account managers to give deeper and more valuable insights than other medical insurers.
