Coutts Bank and GoJoe came to together to test a theory: That extrinsic rewards offered for healthy habits, twinned with GoJoe’s gamified social platform, helps get more people more active more often.
And on top of this, to see if this engagement and health boost would have a genuine impact on the productivity and performance of the bank and its people.
To fully test it, we benchmarked the data against the same business area who took part in the wider, award-winning NatWest Group Go! Campaign on GoJoe in 2024.
So the theory was set. And GoJoe’s premium platform was rolled out across the team in early 2025 and backed by a multi-channel marketing strategy to hook users in.
