Supplemental Terms

These GoScore Supplemental Terms ("GoScore Terms") apply when you activate and use the
GoScore feature within the GoJoe app. They should be read alongside your GoJoe Terms of Use and
Privacy Policy, which continue to apply in full. By activating GoScore, you agree to these additional
terms.

1. What is GoScore
‍
GoScore is a daily readiness score that uses data from your connected wearable device or platform to
give you a personalised picture of how your body is recovering and performing. It is made up of three
components:
‍
• Autonomic Balance: based on heart rate variability (HRV) and resting heart rate trends
• Sleep: based on sleep duration, efficiency and quality data
• Strain: based on your recent training and activity load
‍
Together, these produce an overall GoScore, refreshed daily.

2. Data we process to generate your GoScore
‍
To calculate your GoScore, we may process the following categories of data from your connected
wearable device or platform:
‍
• Heart rate variability (HRV)
• Resting heart rate
• Respiratory rate
• Skin temperature deviation
• Sleep data: duration, efficiency, and where available, sleep stage breakdown
• Activity and training load data
‍
This data is health data. We process it on the basis of your explicit consent, given when you activate
GoScore. If you have already connected a wearable device and consented to GoJoe processing your
wearable data under our Privacy Policy, that consent covers our collection of the data you chose to
share at the point of connection. GoScore will only use data types you have enabled - the permissions
you granted when connecting your wearable determine which components we are able to calculate.
Your activation of GoScore is your consent to the additional processing described in these terms,
using that permitted data to calculate your GoScore and generate recommendations.

GoScore will only function while you have a compatible wearable device or platform connected to
GoJoe. If you disconnect your wearable, your GoScore will no longer update.

3. What GoScore gives you
‍
When GoScore is active, you will see:
‍
• Your overall daily GoScore
• A breakdown across the three components (Autonomic Balance, Sleep, Strain)
• Trend data showing how your score changes over time
• Informational recommendations, where relevant, linking to GoJoe content
‍
Recommendations are generated using logic-based rules applied to your score. They are
informational signposts only: they are not personalised medical advice, clinical assessments, or
treatment recommendations. You should not rely on your GoScore or any associated
recommendation to make decisions about your health, exercise or medical care.

4. Who can see your GoScore
‍
Your GoScore, your component scores, and the underlying health data used to generate them are
visible only to you within the GoJoe app. Your individual score is never shared with your employer,
your organisation's administrators, or any third party.

5. Important limitations
‍
GoScore is a general wellbeing indicator. It is not a clinical tool and does not constitute medical
advice, diagnosis or treatment. It does not replace professional medical opinion. If you have concerns
about your health, please seek advice from a qualified healthcare professional.

The accuracy of your GoScore depends on the quality and completeness of data provided by your
connected wearable or platform. GoJoe is not responsible for data inaccuracies originating from your
device or platform provider.

6. Your controls
‍
You may turn GoScore off at any time via Settings in the GoJoe app. Turning GoScore off stops
GoJoe from calculating your score going forward. It does not delete data already processed, but you
may request deletion of your data at any time in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

7. Changes to GoScore
‍
GoJoe may update these GoScore Terms from time to time. Where we make material changes, we
will notify you within the app and give you the opportunity to review the updated terms before
continuing to use GoScore. Continued use of GoScore after notification of a change constitutes your
acceptance of the updated terms.

8. Relationship to your other GoJoe terms
‍
These GoScore Terms supplement and form part of your GoJoe Terms of Use. Our Privacy Policy
explains in full how we collect, use, store and protect your personal data, including the health data
described in these terms. In the event of any conflict between these GoScore Terms and the Terms of
Use in relation to GoScore specifically, these GoScore Terms take precedence.
