GoJoe is priced in two ways; an all eligible model and a fixed license model.
All eligible means that everyone within your organisation is covered and removes the risk of overage charges. In addition, we acknowledge that 100% engagement levels are unrealistic so GoJoe prices on an expected engagement rate taken from years of working with hundreds of global businesses. This ensures the price stays as low as possible while covering your whole organisation.
Fixed licences are perfect for sub teams or if you know the number of people likely to engage across the organisation. Overage charges do apply if the number is exceeded during the term.
From the two models, you can purchase:
• Challenge – One-off: a single, fully-inclusive team challenge.
• Challenge – Annual: unlimited self-managed and/or supported challenges across the year.
• Reward – Annual: our full engagement platform (including Challenges) with rewards, content, and wellbeing features year-round.
• GoJoe Protect: everything in Reward plus integrated health and/or life insurance via our partners.
Additional optional features and support are available. These include additional support from GoJoe to manage and deliver team challenges, plus add-on features such as Rewards, bespoke virtual mission maps, and events. Prices vary with some available on request

• Challenge (One-off & Annual)Focused on gamified team challenges to drive engagement, movement and connection. Includes 60+ activity types, leaderboards, live route maps, wearable/GPS sync, custom branding and live data/insights. A one-off challenge typically lasts for between 2 and 6 weeks with platform access for around 8 weeks. The annual plan gives unlimited challenges throughout the year.
• Reward (Annual)Everything in Challenge Annual, plus an always-on wellbeing and rewards layer – access to the rewards marketplace, benefits navigator, expert health programmes, Les Mills subscription, predictive insights and more.
• GoJoe ProtectCombines Reward with group health and/or life cover, an integrated user experience and enhanced insights designed to help reduce health costs.
In short, no. GoJoe works with organisations of all different shapes and sizes; from smaller teams of up to 50 through to large global enterprises.
The online calculator starts at smaller head counts and scales up, and we can provide tailored pricing for very large or complex populations.

Yes. You can:
• Run a single Challenge One-off (e.g. a global team challenge campaign, season kick-off or wellbeing month).
• Commit to annual licences (Challenge Annual, Reward, or Protect) to keep people engaged all year, with unlimited challenges in the Challenge and Reward annual plans.
If you start with a one-off event and want to extend, our team can help you move into an annual programme (we’ll even give you a discount ;))
• Challenge One-off is typically a short, time-bound programme. Platform access is typically around 8 weeks with the challenge itself lasting between 2 and 6 weeks.
• Challenge Annual, Reward and Protect are annual subscriptions that give you year-round access.
Multi-year discounts are available for longer commitments.

Both models are designed so you don’t pay for more licences than you need, and our team can recommend what works best for your organisation.
No. GoJoe does not typically charge separate set-up or implementation fees for standard plans. Charges may apply for specific requests such as SSO set up or HRIS integration.
Onboarding support, customer success, training, and post-challenge reviews are included within relevant plans, and you can choose additional support packages if you’d like us to fully manage delivery for you.
The core platform (depending on your plan) includes challenges, 60+ activity types, leaderboards, GPS tracker, live map templates, 35+ languages, rewards marketplace, benefit navigator, clubs, expert health and wellbeing content, access to the self-managed Perfrmance Hub, and our data and insights dashboards.
You can bolt on optional enhancements, such as:
