GoJoe helped us foster meaningful social connections, promote mental wellbeing, and celebrate the diverse ways our teams prioritize health.
“The GoJoe platform proved to be intuitive, user-friendly, and highly interactive – with the ability to upload images and engage in real-time conversations adding a personal and social dimension which truly elevated the challenge.
“We saw remarkable participation and enthusiasm as well as overwhelmingly positive feedback from colleagues, which speaks volumes about the motivational impact of the challenge and the accessibility of the GoJoe experience.
As a global organisation with colleagues spread across Europe, North America, Latin America, APAC and the Middle East & Africa, SLR Consulting wanted to find a health partner capable of engaging everyone; no matter their fitness level, timezone, or working environment.
Their objectives were clear:
SLR wanted something that united people globally. A programme that felt inclusive, social and accessible to everyone.
In September, SLR launched its first global activity challenge with GoJoe:
One Team in Motion
Running from 1 – 30 September, the challenge invited every colleague take part in a team-based activity challenge using all 60 of GoJoe’s activities. From walking and running to gardening, yoga and meditation, Team SLR could compete with and against each other to inspire more activity and better connection.
Delivered as a fully managed GoJoe challenge, the campaign included:
SLR’s challenge united 537 participants across 5 continents, generating incredible engagement and impact:
Engagement climbed from 40% pre-challenge to 52% post-challenge, proving GoJoe helped form lasting habits.
Participants logged 56 out of GoJoe’s 60 available activity types; a powerful reflection of SLR’s inclusive culture.
From cardio and strength to mindfulness and creativity, employees moved in ways that worked for them:
Lifestyle wellbeing took centre stage too. Colleagues recorded 1,960+ minutes of meditation, breathwork and journaling, showing that recovery and reflection were valued just as much as performance.
Gardening quietly emerged as the most logged lifestyle activity, with 93 entries and over 7,027 minutes recorded - proof that wellbeing doesn’t always have to look like a workout.
Connection was a core success metric.
And the team loved:
“Loved that it encouraged team building and exercise engagement.”
“The connection that was established with my colleagues to contribute to the exercise goal.”
SLR’s people proved that when movement becomes social, wellbeing becomes culture.
GoJoe’s inclusive, gamified format inspired major behaviour change:
“The challenge made me more aware of how much I was moving; and pushed me to do more.”
SLR’s One Team in Motion challenge achieved:
✅ 90%+ participation across all regions
✅ Increased cross-team connection and communication
✅ Activation of previously inactive employees
✅ Sustained engagement beyond the challenge period
The programme demonstrated that global inclusion, connection, and healthy habits can thrive when wellbeing feels social, flexible and human.
